The Quality organization at Enoch works alongside other functional areas to implement and maintain processes that fully satisfy customer requirements. Activities in the Quality area include creating quality plans, operating inspection equipment, maintaining SPC data collection systems, training operators to measure their own product, and auditing both products and processes.
By working to prevent issues, and reacting effectively when problems occur, we believe the best service can be provided to our customers.

Team:
The members of the Quality team plan together with Engineering and Operations to avoid problems. Years of experience in the precision machining industry, combined with the latest quality techniues, help set the stage for a successful production process. If problems should occur, the Quality team coordinates failure analysis, dives down into the process to find the true root cause, documents corrective action, and follows-up to verify the effectiveness of corrective action.
